August 21
Successful work completed this week:
- Water and Sanitary sewer were brought within 5’ of building
- Storm sewer system including drops for the downspouts was installed
- Pipe and fittings for plumbing underground were delivered
September 4
Successful work completed this week:
- Electricians finished grounding for the building
- Plumbers continued underground and started setting trench drains
September 11
Successful work completed this week:
- Trench drain installation was completed
- Interceptors were installed
September 18
Successful work completed this week:
- Trenched 2 conduits for power to school sign on hwy 12
- Trenched in 2” conduit for propane line
- Started pouring building slab
- Started prepping for sidewalk and flume along existing school
October 2
Successful work completed this week:
- Finished pouring the sidewalk along the gym
- Started working on the curb inlets
- Started steel erection
October 9
Successful work completed this week:
- Finished sheeting the exterior walls
- Pulled banding and started stretching simple saver
- Started insulating and sheeting the roof
- Formed and poured the curb inlet walls
- Staked out curb and gutter and light pole locations
October 16
Successful work completed this week:
- Finished insulating and sheeting the roof and installing ridge cap and trims
- Set the curb inlet tops
- Backfilled along the flume and removed the excess dirt from site
- Moved LP tank to prep for slab
- Started prepping for parking lot and curb and gutter
October 23
Successful work completed this week:
- Steel erection was completed
- Holes for light poles were drilled and tied together
- Started grading for parking lot curb and gutter
- Drilled holes for bollards
- Started setting forms for the apron
- Poured the pad for the propane tank
- Moved job trailer and excess material off site for paving
October 30
Successful work completed this week:
- Set all the bollards
- Set propane tank
- Started pouring aprons
- Poured north curb and gutter
- Poured South curb and gutter
- Electricians poured light poles
- We continued grading for the parking lot
November 6
Successful work completed this week:
- Installed erosion control mats and seeded black dirt with grass seed
- Continued exterior paving
- Continued final grading of parking lot and driveway
November 13
Successful work completed this week:
- Poured the last strip of the parking lot
- Formed and poured the remaining curb and gutter
November 20, 2020
Successful work completed this week:
- Finished pouring the parking lot
- Graded and poured the driveway, apron and remaining curbs
Successful work completed this week:
- Formed and poured street panels and sidewalk
- Shut down the street and access to site
December 4, 2020
Successful work completed this week:
- Started installing the garage doors
- Hung temporary lights
- Pulled temp power to the building
- Started running conduit for the lights
- Steel studs for interior framing were delivered
December 11, 2020
Successful work completed this week:
- Sealed all control joints in the parking lot
- Completed all interior framing
- Continued working on the OHDs
- Built chain link fence enclosure around the propane tank
- Electricians continued running conduit and mounting boxes
- Finished final grade and clean up of site
- Seeded grass and placed erosion control mats
- Interior door frames and slabs were delivered
December 18, 2020
Successful work completed this week:
- HVAC contractor hung radiant tube heaters, fans and started running vent piping
- Electricians hung plywood for panel, mounted panel and continued on their scope
- TSI painted parking lot markings
- Delivery of wash bay PVC liner panel
December 24, 2020
Successful work completed this week:
- Carlson Co-op Ran gas line to the building and set the regulator
- C.W. Suter Started running gas lines to the heaters
- C.W. Suter started running air lines, Water lines and roughed in the bathroom and mechanical room
- Interior hollow metal door frames were installed
- Electricians continued running conduit and working on their scope
- OHDs were completed
January 1, 2021
Successful work completed this week:
- Electricians measured distance to transformer for wire and continued on their scope
- Plumbers finished the gas line to all the heaters and continued on their scope
- Carlsons Co-op turned on LP service to the building
