The 2nd grade class spent the last couple months learning about place value, comparing numbers, adding/subtracting 3-digit numbers, and adding several 2-digit numbers and they rocked their Unit 3 math test! As a reward for all of their hard work they spent Friday morning math class playing a variety of card games - Garbage, Crazy 8's, Memory Match, and Uno. Nice work 2nd graders!

Our third graders loved exploring equivalent fractions today! Using fraction tiles helped them see how different fractions can represent the same amount. Hands-on math = big learning moments!
