1. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action to rescind March 13, 2023, approval to purchase of playground equipment from Crouch Recreation utilizing the KOMPAN state contract AEPA IFB #019.5-B Playground & Recreation solicitation and AEPA 020-A Athletic Surfaces with Shaw with installation costs.
2. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action to purchase the equipment only—exclusive of any construction, remodeling, repair, or site improvements—in the amount of $763,668.12 from Crouch Recreation, Inc., as presented in quote # 2543 dated April 12, 2023.
3. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action to authorize Superintendent to prepare bid package and solicit competitive bids for construction, installation, and/or site improvements for installation of the playground equipment

4. Investment of District Funds
This agenda contains a list of subjects known at the time of its distribution on April 20, 2023. A copy of the agenda reflecting any changes will be kept in the Superintendent’s office and will be readily available for public inspection during normal office hours. Except for items of emergency nature, the agenda will not be enlarged later than twenty-four hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting. The Board reserves the right to change the order of business discussed.
