Niobrara Public Schools invites you to a community engagement on October 18, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. at
the school. The Board of Education and the Administrative Leadership Team will embark on a process of
stakeholder engagement to identify and address priorities and needs to support and grow learning for
students. In preparation for the community meeting the following questions will be utilized to guide our
conversation.
1. Identify the points of pride, accomplishments, and achievements of the school district.
2. Identify the challenges that currently impact or may impact the district and community in the future.
3. Identify what you believe are the most important areas the district might focus on to improve and
expand learning facilities and grounds.
4. If you could implement one change to benefit student success, what would it be?
We look forward to working with you on this exciting endeavor.

This agenda contains a list of subjects known at the time of its distribution on October 12, 2023. A copy of the agenda reflecting any
changes will be kept in the Superintendent’s office and will be readily available for public inspection during normal office hours.
Except for items of emergency nature, the agenda will not be enlarged later than twenty-four hours before the scheduled
commencement of the meeting. The Board reserves the right to change the order of business discussed.
