MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING

November 11, 2021

Chairman Moody called the regular meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. It was noted that LB898 dealing with Open Meeting Laws was duly posted. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all present.

Motion by Adema and Seconded by Bolling to approve the agenda. RCV: Adema-aye, Bolling-aye, Paulsen-aye, Moody-aye. Motion Approved. Klug-absent, Teadtke-absent.

Motion by Bolling and seconded by Paulsen to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held on October 11, 2021. RCV: Bolling-aye, Paulsen-aye, Moody-aye, Adema-aye. Motion Approved.  Klug-absent, Teadtke-absent.

Motion by Adema and seconded by Bolling to approve the bills as presented: RCV: Paulsen-aye, Moody-aye, Adema-aye, Bolling-aye. Motion Approved.  Klug-absent, Teadtke-absent.

The financial report was presented.  Motion by Bolling and seconded by Adema to approve the financial report. RCV: Adema-aye, Bolling-aye, Paulsen-aye, Moody-aye. Motion Approved. Klug-absent, Teadtke-absent. 

Motion by Bolling and seconded by Adema to accept the resignation of Dianne Kalkowski. RCV: Bolling-aye, Paulsen-aye, Moody-aye, Adema-aye. Motion Approved.  Klug-absent, Teadtke-absent.

Motion by Bolling and seconded by Adema to accept and approve the 20-21 District Audit Report for Niobrara Public School as conducted by Porter and Company out of Sioux City, Ia. RCV: Paulsen-aye, Moody-aye, Adema-aye, Bolling-aye. Motion Approved.  Klug-absent, Teadtke-absent.

The Board had a discussion on a Niobrara Valley Conference issue.

Rick Eisenhauer gave his teacher Report.

Administrator reports were given.

The next meeting is scheduled for December 13, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting was adjourned at 6:37 p.m.
