MINUTES OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
June 26, 2023

Visitor: Dana Adema
Chairman Moody called the special meeting to order at 5:01 p.m. It was noted that
LB898 dealing with Open Meeting Laws was duly posted. The Pledge of Allegiance was
recited by all present.
Motion by Bolling and Seconded by Teadtke to approve the agenda. RCV: Adema-aye,
Teadtke-aye, Paulsen-aye, Moody-aye. Flyinghawk-aye, Bolling-aye. Motion Approved.
Motion by Bolling to purchase a 24-month CD from Farmers & Merchants at 4.26%.
Motion died for lack of a second.
Motion by Paulsen and seconded by Teadtke to purchase a CD at 4.94% from Farmers
& Merchants Bank for $1,000,000. RCV: Adema-aye, Teadtke-aye, Paulsen-aye,
Flyinghawk-aye, Bolling-aye, Paulsen-aye. Motion approved.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:15 p.m. The regular monthly meeting is scheduled for
July 7,2023 at 12 p.m.
