MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING

July 11, 2022

Chairman Moody called the regular meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all present. 

Motion by Paulsen and Seconded by Teadtke to approve the agenda. RCV: Paulsen-aye, Adema-aye, Bolling-aye, Teadtke-aye, Moody-aye. Klug-absent. Motion approved.

Motion by Bolling and Seconded by Teadtke to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held on June 13, 2022.  RCV: Adema-aye, Bolling-aye, Teadtke-aye, Moody-aye, Paulsen-aye. Klug-absent. Motion approved.

Motion by Bolling and Seconded by Teadtke to approve the bills as presented.  RCV: RCV: Bolling-aye, Teadtke-aye, Moody-aye, Paulsen-aye, Adema-aye. Klug-absent. Motion approved. 

The financial report was presented.  Motion by Adema and Seconded by Paulsen to approve the financial report. RCV: Teadtke-aye, Moody-aye, Paulsen-aye, Adema-aye, Bolling-aye. Klug-absent. Motion approved. 

Motion by Teadtke and seconded by Adema to approve a contract to Sara Bathke to serve as a Full Time Substitute for the 2022-2023 school year. RCV: Paulsen-aye, Adema-aye, Bolling-aye, Teadtke-aye, Moody-aye. Klug-absent. Motion approved.

Motion by Bolling and seconded by Teadtke to approve the second reading of the student Handbook for the 2022-2023 school year. RCV: Adema-aye, Bolling-aye, Teadtke-aye, Moody-aye, Paulsen-aye. Klug-absent. Motion approved.

Motion by Adema and seconded by Teadtke to confirm the annual review of the Student Conduct, Student Conduct on buses, Student Fee Policies for the 2022-2023 school year. RCV: Bolling-aye, Teadtke-aye, Moody-aye, Paulsen-aye, Adema-aye. Klug-absent. Motion approved.

Motion by Bolling and seconded by Teadtke to accept and approve the Return to Learn Plan (ESSERS lll) for the 2022-2023 school year as presented. RCV: Teadtke-aye, Moody-aye, Paulsen-aye, Adema-aye, Bolling-aye. Klug-absent. Motion approved.

Motion by Adema and seconded by Diane to approve the purchase of window coverings for entire building from Mary Ann’s Draperies in the amount of $20,000 from Depreciation Fund. RCV: Paulsen-aye, Adema-aye, Bolling-aye, Teadtke-aye, Moody-aye. Klug-absent. Motion approved.

Administrator reports were given.

 The meeting was adjourned at 7:01 p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for August 8, 2022, at 6:00 p.m.
