MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING

November 14, 2022

Motion by Bolling and Seconded by Teadtke to approve the agenda. RCV: Adema-aye, Bolling-aye, Teadtke-aye, Paulsen-aye, Klug-aye, Moody-aye. Motion Approved.  

Motion by Teadtke and seconded by Klug to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held on October 10, 2022. RCV: Bolling-aye, Teadtke-aye, Paulsen-aye, Klug-aye, Moody-aye, Adema-aye. Motion Approved.  

The following bills were presented. 

Motion by Adema and seconded by Paulsen to approve the bills as presented: RCV: Teadtke-aye, Paulsen-aye, Klug-aye, Moody-aye, Adema-aye, Bolling-aye. Motion Approved.   

The financial report was presented.  Motion by Bolling and seconded by Klug to approve the financial report. RCV: Paulsen-aye, Klug-aye, Moody-aye, Adema-aye, Bolling-aye, Teadtke-aye. Motion Approved. 

Motion by Teadtke and seconded by Bolling to approve the 21-22 District Audit Report for Niobrara Public School as conducted by Porter and Company out of Sioux City, IA.  RCV: Klug-aye, Moody-aye, Adema-aye, Bolling-aye, Teadtke-aye, Paulsen-aye. Motion Approved.   

Motion by Adema and seconded by Bolling to approve the purchase of a replacement expansion tank for the boiler system from Tessier’s Inc. in the amount of $18,061.46 to be paid from the Special Building Fund. RCV: Adema-aye, Bolling-aye, Teadtke-aye, Paulsen-aye, Klug-aye, Moody-aye. Motion Approved.  

Kandi Eisenhauer gave the athletic director report.

It was the consensus of the board to contact NDE about a waiver for Junior High Football for the 2022-2023 school year.

Teacher reports were given.

Administrative reports were given. 

Superintendent Sandoz was instructed to proceed with design options for remodeling the old bus barn. 

The next meeting is scheduled for December 12, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting was adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
